Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Busy periods, holidays or customs checks can occasionally add time.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Customs, duties and taxes. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Multiple parcels. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, at different times.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows a problem, email us at support@pablorowe.com with your order number and we'll help.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
